Staff are really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Right next to the train station (literally a 2 minute walk) so a really handy location. Safe and clean. The greatest thing about this hostel is its proximity to the bus station. It is literally a few metres away. We were leaving Krakow early in the morning and could sleep a little longer thanks to the perfect location. The bathroom and the room were clean and warm enough; a kettle, tea and coffee were provided. We had all that we needed and were real (...)
